Koelbel; devoted mother of Richard (Elaine) Koelbel and Donna (late Michael) Fischer (Donald Glover); cherished grandmother of Bradley (Emily) Fischer, Meredith (Barry) Fleming and Megan Fischer and five great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the Roswell and Bessie Gardner; dear sister of the late Roswell Gardner. No prior visitation. Private service. Interment North Evans Cemetery.
