Of Orchard Park, entered into rest August 30, 2012, beloved husband of the late Dorothy (nee Druzbik) Kogutek; devoted father of Michael D. Kogutek and Sharon Kogutek; loving son of the late John and Mary (Beres) Kogutek; dear sister of the late Anna (Walter) Pienta, Helen Rutkowski, George (late Lottie) Kogutek, Sally (late Thaddeus) Mroz and Joseph (late Florence) Kogutek; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
