Thomas Matre

Of Lackawanna, NY, entered into rest November 19, 2014, beloved husband of Mary K. (nee Bomaster) Matre; devoted father of Marietta (Michael) Andrew, Barry (Ruth) Matre and Deborah Weiler (Angelo Caruana); cherished grandfather of six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; loving son of the late John and Virginia Matre; dear brother of Donald (Lori) Walczak, Joann (Jerry) Boyle, Christine Kole and the late John (late Marie) Walczak and Richard (late Joan) Matre; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Friday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park on Saturday morning at 11:30 o'clock (please assemble at church). Mr. Matre was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
