William E. Carroll

77, of Lockport, entered into rest on May 14, 2025. Devoted husband of the late Joan (nee Cutrona) Carroll; beloved father of Jill Marie (Todd, MD) Campbell, William E. (Cathy) Carroll, Jr. and the late Nancy Carroll; cherished grandfather of Kara, Alyssa, Gavin, Chase, and Payton; loving son of the late Katharine (nee Forbes) and Eugene Carroll, Jr.; dear brother of Sue (Michael) Siemucha; also survived by nieces and nephews. Mr. Carroll was a Vietnam Veteran who honorably served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Bill enjoyed playing golf and showing his many classic cars. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Snyder Chapel), 4614 Main St. near Harlem on Saturday, May 17 from 10am-1pm. A funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home.
