Beloved husband of the late Anna (nee Hryckowian) Spiak; devoted father of Ronald (Cheryl) Spiak and Eugene Spiak; cherished grandfather of Kenneth Spiak; dear brother of Michael (late Cristina) Spiak, Anna (late Sol) Flapan and the late Max (Agnes) Spiak. Adam was a 5+ gallon blood donor through the American Red Cross. No prior visitation.
