GROTH, Albert J., Jr. January 19, 1956 February 17, 2024 Of Buffalo, entered into rest February 17, 2024 after a long battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Skrok) Groth; devoted father of Crystal, Albert III, Benjamin, Jason and the late Sheri; cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Marjorie (nee Bates) and Albert Groth, Sr.; predeceased by one brother; also survived by two sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. Albert was a long-term member of the Teamsters Local 264. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Wednesday (February 21) from 3-7PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7PM. A prayer will be held at Lombardo Funeral Home on Thursday morning at 10AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
