MONTEFORTE - Albert C. Of Buffalo, entered into rest on April 16, 2021. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Caci) Monteforte for 57 years; loving father of Al (Patty) Monteforte. Kim (Phil) Tomassi, and Michele Tedesco; cherished grandfather of Amanda (Tomaine) Jordan, Albert G. Monteforte, Andrew Monteforte, Anthony Monteforte, and Kandi Tomassi; dear brother of the late Judy (late Daniel) Sansanese; survived by many loving relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Wednesday from 4-7 PM. A Funeral Service will immediately follow.
