(nee Prohaska) (Nowakowski) D'Orazio; devoted father of Paul D'Orazio, MD of Buffalo, NY and Robert (Pam) D'Orazio of Upper St. Clair, PA; cherished Tato of Nico, Gianna and Dominic; loving son of the late Levantino and Santina D'Orazio; loving brother of Pasquale (Carol) and the late Ben (late Barbara) and late Alice (late William) Bolya; fond brother-in-law of Ronald and Janice Sikora of Pompano Beach, FL; also survived by relatives and friends. Mr. D'Orazio served in the U.S. Army, was a retired Buffalo Fire Fighter and a member of The Lake Erie Italian Club.
