Andrew F. Schlierf

Schlierf, Andrew F. of Orchard Park, entered into rest on October 19, 2025 just 9 days shy of turning 102 years old. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (nee Bohrk) Schlierf; devoted father of Diane (Gary) Fague, Lynn (late Mark) Jay and James Schlierf; cherished grandfather of Douglas Fague, Carol Fague, Sarah (Paul) DeWald, Daniel Jay, James (Melissa) Schlierf, Jamie (Scott) Piwowarczyk and Andrew Schlierf; adored great grandfather of Samuel, Samantha, Theodore, Leonard and Dominik; dear brother of the late Anna, Edward, Norbert (Arlene) and Alan (Jean). Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Wednesday (October 22) from 4-7 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery. Andrew served as a member of the American Merchant Marine during World War II.
