Angeline M. Stanko

STANKO - Angeline M. (nee Caruana) Of Amherst, died peacefully at 92 years old on July 26, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Chester Stanko (67 years); devoted mother of Thomas (Mary Ann) Stanko and Joan (Christopher) Stolz; cherished grandmother of Michael (Danielle), Scott and Ryan Stanko; loving daughter of the late Francis and Frances Caruana; dear sister of Raymond (Linda) Caruana; predeceased by siblings Anthony (Phylis) Caruana, Frank (Dolores) Caruana, Rose Marie (late Jerome) Ferger and Marian (late Thomas) Murphy; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Sunday from 2-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Leo the Great Church, 885 Sweet Home Rd., Amherst on Monday morning at 9:15 o'clock. (Please assemble at church). Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
