VELASQUEZ - Anita (nee Gomez) Of Lackawanna, entered into rest December 29, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Juan Velasquez; devoted mother of Oscar Velasquez, Edward (Celina) Velasquez, Elvia (Joseph) Celotto, Juan (Isabel) Velasquez, Marlene Velasquez and Sylvia (Raymond) Domin; cherished grandmother of nine grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Andres and Josefa Gomez; dear sister of several brothers and sisters; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Monday from 2-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Anthony Church, 306 Ingham Ave., Lackawanna on Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock. (Please assemble at church).
