MOTAK - Annette J. (nee Arendt) Of Lackawanna, entered into rest August 3, 2015. Beloved wife of the late John Motak Jr.; devoted mother of John Motak III, Karyn (Bruce) Motak-Bray and Gary (Sue) Motak; cherished grandmother of Ryan Austin Bray; loving daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Arendt; dear sister of Bernice, Dorothy and Edwin; also survived by relatives and friends. No prior visitation. Graveside service will be celebrated at Hillcrest Cemetery, S5223 Abbott Rd., Hamburg on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. -
