Annoise Damone Jennings

Annoise Damone Jennings Sr. Son of Annoise & Cynthia Jennings was born on October 15, 1981. As a child Annoise, who most of us knew as Damone, attended school thirty-one & Lorraine Academy. He received his High School Diploma from Seneca High on June 22, 2000, where he majored in Academic Science. After high school he worked for Buffalo & Niagara Airport as well as First Student as a bus driver. He later was employed by National Fuel as a gas technician and continued to work for them until 2009 when he became sick. In 2004 Damone was married and later had a son, Annoise Damone Jr., who he referred to as A.J. Being a father was one of his greatest joys. He would often say that A.J. is what keeps him going. Although his illness limited what he could physically do he always looked for ways to provide and spend time with his son. This led him to start an investment realtor company ADJ Properties up until he was no longer able to work. Damone, when around others was often very quiet, but he was very observant and definitely a deep thinker. He was Baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 13, 1997. His belief and reliance on Jehovah became even stronger throughout his illness. He often related how he could see how Jehovah answered his prayers as well as those who offered prayers to Jehovah God in his behalf. Although dealing with serious illnesses for many years he would always muster up the strength to spend time with A.J. He also enjoyed spending time talking and sharing a meal with his family. Often time when sharing a meal, even if he had his food first Damone would wait until everyone sat down to eat because he said he enjoyed the food much better when we all ate together. The loving support of Jehovah as well as his family, especially his mother, is what helped him endure for so long. No matter the need day and night his Loving mother was always there to lend a helping hand. Her devotion to Damone until the end exemplifies what it means at 1 Thess 2:7 where it states that a mother tenderly cares for her child. Damone was Preceded in death by his father Annoise Jennings, Grandparents Albert and Edith Suttles as well as Annoise and Frances Jennings. He leaves to mourn His son A.J. Jennings, His mother Cynthia Suttles Jennings, a brother Dorian Jennings (Tasha) Charlotte North Carolina, His aunt Rosy Griffin (Jeff) Memphis Tn, Uncles Tim Suttles (Gerrie) Amherst NY, Kevin Suttles (Irene) Buffalo NY, and Jimmie Jennings (Sarah) Virginia, as well as a host of close cousins and friends. We look forward to the Bibles promise of a resurrection (John 11:25). When we will all be reunited with Damone once again to share the best meal that we ever had!!
