Beloved husband of Noha (nee Athie) Harfouche; Devoted father of Dr. Christiane (Dr. Fadi Dagher) Harfouche Dagher, Gladys (late Antoine El Morr) Harfouche El Morr, Helene (General Aziz Kairouz) Harfouche Kairouz, Elie Harfouche (Frances Saad), and Nisrine (Georges Matar) Harfouche Matar; Cherished grandfather of Kevin (Lorraine), Joseph J. D. (Sarah), Bryan, Adib (Zeina), Lea, Jessica (Mario), Jeffry (Catherine), Jennifer (Kristiyan), Clara, Peter, John, Gabriella, Anthony, Mateo, Elie, Andrew, and James; Loving son of the late Elias and Marie (nee Youness) Harfouche; Dear brother of the late Bader (late Michel), Joseph (Rose), Habib (Methil), and Sami (Amal); Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Donations may be made in Antoine's memory to St. John Maron Maronite Catholic Church.
Antoine Elias Harfouche was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather and great-grandfather, and the heart and strength of his entire family. Affectionately known as "Tiger" he embodied strength, courage, and an unwavering fighting spirit, while beneath that strength was a beautiful and gentle soul who greeted everyone with a smile and a friendly word. Family was at the very core of who he was; he always showed up, loved deeply, and took his greatest pride in his five children, 17 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. A deeply faithful man who always put God first, Antoine lived with determination, devotion, and love. He will forever be remembered as a fighter, a force, a Tiger, and a gentle soul whose strength, faith, and love will remain in our hearts forever.
Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Snyder Chapel) 4614 Main St. near Harlem Rd. Sunday, August 16 from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday morning, August 17 at 11 o'clock at St. John Maron Church 2040 Wehrle Dr. Williamsville, NY 14221. Interment Sts Peter and Paul Cemetery.
