Arlene E. Nowak (nee Dzierzanowski)

May 23, 1947 - October 7, 2026

Of West Seneca, entered into rest October 7, 2026. Beloved wife of 60 years to Robert Nowak; devoted mother of Brenda (Donald) Drzazgowski and Robin (Scott) Schreiner; cherished grandmother of Jed (Erin) Nowak, Bryce (Abby) Schreiner, Blake (Sydney) Schreiner and Lili Drzazgowski; loving daughter of the late Richard and Dorothy Dzierzanowski; dear sister of the late Larry Dzierzanowski. Arlene had a variety of jobs, but most importantly, raising her children and devoting her life to her grandchildren. They were her greatest joy, and she treasured being a part of their lives. She enjoyed baking and cooking. She also planned many outings with her cousins and friends, including "going to lunch with the ladies", musical events and shows. 

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Saturday (October 10) from 9-11:30AM for a gathering in Arlene's memory. A funeral service will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Arlene's name to donate.cancer.org.
