Of Orchard Park, entered into rest January 18, 2015; beloved husband of the late Rita T. (nee Goergen) DesSoye; devoted father of Paul, Norman (Patricia), Robert (Darlene) DesSoye and Katherine (Jeffrey) Faltyn; cherished grandfather of 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; loving son of the late John and Bernetta DesSoye; dear brother of Dennis (Lorraine) DesSoye and the late Harvey, Basil, Borgia, James, Hillary and Norma; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave on Wednesday from 2-8 PM where prayers will be said Thursday morning at 9 o'clock and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church at 10 o'clock. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. Des Soye was a U,S., Marine Corps Veteran of WW II.
