JAKUBIK, Bernard A. - Of South Buffalo entered into rest on December 3, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Gloria (nee Kogut) Jakubik; devoted father of Bernard Jakubik and Maureen (Robert) Zdarsky; cherished grandfather of Christopher Jakubik, Tracy (Cliff) Tisdale, Cassandra Jakubik, Kimberly (Terry Parsons) Jakubik, Nicole (Brian) Frost and the late Kristian Jakubik; adored great-grandfather of 14; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Friday (December 10th) from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Saturday morning at 10 oclock (please assemble at church). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
