Bernard J. Sheehan Of The Old First Ward, entered into rest on September 11, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Francis) Sheehan; devoted father of Edward (Maura) Sheehan, Bernard (Kimberly) Sheehan, Bridget (William) Murphy, Sean Sheehan(Keri Sullivan) and Tim (Carrie) Sheehan; cherished papa of Megan (Christian), Janey, Kevin, Ian, Colin, Ashleigh and Cassidy; also loved by many nieces and nephews. Bernard was a U.S. Army Veteran. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Sunday (September 15) from 2-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Church, 1140 Abbott Rd., South Buffalo on Monday morning at 9:30 oclock. Please assemble at Church. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Buffalo.
