Bonnie S. Johnson

Bonnie Johnson (nee Savage) of Lackawanna, NY. April 2, 2023. Beloved daughter of Leonard and Sophie (nee Piotrowski) Savage; survived by her husband Robin Johnson and children Julie (Michael) Johnson Hatem and Justin Johnson. Also survived by her sisters Catherine (Duane) Hooper (nee Savage), Debra (Roy) Raup (nee Savage), Cynthia (Raymond) Stachowski (nee Savage), and Ann Savage, as well as her nephews Kyle, Corey, Gabriel, Elliott, and her many nieces and nephews on the Johnson side. Bonnie was an avid jigsaw puzzler, always doing them on her computer, as well as the coffee table. She was known to befriend every stranger she met, even the customer service person on the phone she called with an issue. She enjoyed a good game of poker, and could bluff with the best of them. This led to her placing in a few local tournaments of which she was very proud. Bonnie was gone long before her time, and will be sorely missed. May she be in a better place, but always with us in spirit. Family will be present at Lombardo Funeral Home, 3060 Abbott Road, Orchard Park on Monday from 4-7 PM, where a Funeral Service will follow. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you make a donation to the Erie County SPCA in Bonnie's honor.
