Brian M. Smead

Brian M. Smead, 34, of Amherst, passed away suddenly on April 28, 2023. He was born on December 25, 1988 to the late Donald Smead and the late Kathleen Smead Rindfleisch (nee Clare). Brian attended Sweet Home Schools from elementary to high school and graduated from Sweet Home High School. He also attended Erie Community College. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. He enjoyed disc golf and all kinds of games. Survivors include his sister, Laura (Ian) McEwan; niece, Lillian McEwan; nephew, Lochlan McEwan; step-father, Terry Rindfleisch; paternal grandmother, Carolyn Smead; many aunts, uncles and cousins and his cherished cat, Spider Monkey. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Leo Clare and Jane Clare (nee Daigler) and paternal grandfather, Gerald Smead.
