Of Lackawanna, entered into rest on May 31, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Deborah (nee Thomas) Girdlestone; devoted father of Kimberly (Daniel) Pulinski and Bryan (Melissa) Girdlestone; cherished grandfather of Nicholas and Matthew Pulinski and Bryan, Blake and Brycen Girdlestone; loving son of the late Ann and John Girdlestone; dear brother of John (Lorraine), David (Debbie), Joanne (Paul) Gordon, Gail Lannon, the late Patricia Nendza, the late Dolores Siedlecki and the late Michael (Barbara) Girdlestone; loving brother in law of Walter and Judy Mazur; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Bryan was an employee of Lackawanna Municipal Housing Authority and Lackawanna School District. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd near Lake Ave. on Thursday (June 1st) from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, where prayers will be held Friday morning at 9 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony Church, Lackawanna on Friday morning at 10 oclock. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
