BURKE - Camille I. (nee Melant) Of Orchard Park, entered into rest February 8, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Vincent C. Burke; devoted mother of Ann Burke, Jean (Douglas) Myers, Lucille Burke, Kathleen (Thomas) Kelleher, Loretta (Stephen) Mills, Vincent (Heide) Burke, and the late Joseph Burke; cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. No prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Camille's Life at Curly's Restaurant, 647 Ridge Rd., Lackawanna, on Saturday morning (April 6th) at 11:30 o'clock. Camille enjoyed gardening, traveling, reading, playing slots, game shows, and the New York Yankees. She was also a sales associate at Bon-Ton for 20 years, and was several times Employee of the Year. BURKE - Camille Irene (nee Melant) 90, longtime resident of Orchard Park and Lackawanna, passed away February 8, 2019. Camille was married for over 50 years to Vincent C. Burke (deceased). She was the loving mother of Ann, Jean (Douglas Myers), Lucille, Kathleen (Thomas Kelleher), Loretta (Stephen Mills), Vincent (Heide), and Joseph (deceased). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Camille was an avid gardener known for her beautiful flower garden and bumper tomato crops. For years she was a member of the South Park Women's Golf Club. She loved to read mysteries and romance novels for her own pleasure and funny books to her grandchildren. One of her favorite treats was a trip to the casino to play slots! Camille's children invite her family and friends to join them in a celebration of her life at a luncheon on Saturday, April 6th, at 11:30 a.m. at Curly's Grill, 647 Ridge Road, Lackawanna.
