Carmelo Gonzalez 'Papo' of West Seneca, entered into rest on August 14, 2024. Beloved husband of Darlene (nee George) Gonzalez; devoted father of Brandon (Robin) Gonzalez and Kristen (Joseph) Khoury; cherished grandfather of Matthew, Ellena (Daniel), Nicholas, Christopher, Henri, Leonardo and Lucy; dear brother of John (Marlene), Aida (Hiram), Ava, Maria (Alexander), Teresa (David), Guadeloupe (James) and Edwin (Mildred). Carmelo was a US Army Veteran. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Thursday (August 22) from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Victory Basilica, 767 Ridge Rd., Lackawanna on Friday morning (August 23) at 10:30 o'clock. Please assemble at Church.
