Carmelo Rosario, Sr., passed away on September 10, 2024, in Buffalo, New York. He is survived by a loving family, including his children Juan F. Pabon-Rosario, Freddie Rosario, Michele Rosario-Rivera (Heston Rivera), Cynthia Rosario, Carmelo Rosario Jr. (Chela Irizarry-Rosario), and Benjamin Rosario (Dana Rosario). He was a proud grandfather to the Late Junior, Marcos (Keila), Taina, Gerson (Rosa), Kressgie (Michael), Cristallis, Luis Jr., Giovanni, Angel, Jasmine, Juan Jr., Devin, Ashley, Emily, Julie, Marley, Freddie Jr., Fanta'C, Jaden, Jarian, Jace, Janayah, Jonathan, Lizada, Carmelo Benjamin, Marissa, Jayden, Benjamin Jr., and Alaina. His legacy continues with great-grandchildren Marcos Jr., Dahlia, Giada, the Late Julia, Elias, Lucas, Julian, Yaris, Michael Jr., Mila, Demi, Cameron, Alaya, Charlie, Noelle, Gabriella, Joey, London, Ty'mir, Aniyah, Jace, Gracie, Mia Elizabeth, Jasiyah, Meilah, Milo, and Truth. Carmelo was preceded in death by his son Carlos Molina-Rosario and his parents Ruben Rosario and Engracia Mauleon. Calling hours for Carmelo will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a service at 12:00 PM at Lombardo Funeral Home, (Northtown's Chapel) located at 885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst, NY. The family invites friends and relatives to join in commemorating Carmelo's life.
