Of Lackawanna, entered into rest June 16, 2015, devoted father of Carmen D'Alessandro Jr.; cherished grandfather of Jackquilin, Jessica, Carmen III D'Alessandro; great-grandfather of Paiton and Kaylee Jo; loving son of the late Orlando and Nunzia D'Alessandro, brother of Vincent D'Alessandro; Dolores (Gerald) Stefanacci, Carmelina (Gerald) Kij and the late Albert D'Alessandro; father-in-law of Cindy D'Alessandro; also survived by relatives and many friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Friday from 3-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Basilica, corner of Ridge Rd. and South Park, Lackawanna, on Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock (please assemble at church). Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. D'Alessandro was a member of the Lake Erie Italian Club and a retiree of Bethlehem Steel.
