DELANEY - Carol J. Of Woodstock, GA formerly of Lackawanna, NY entered into rest on December 8, 2022. Beloved wife of the late James E. Delaney and predeceased by Gerard Dougherty and Benny Tkach; devoted mother of Mary Jo Dougherty- Baudo (Jim) and Beth Delaney Evans (Scott); cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Brian) Andrews, Mark (Lisa) Cascioli and Kelly Baudo; adored great-grandmother of Colin and Landon Cascioli; dear sister of the late Tony "Red" (Martha), Joseph "Pat" and Tommy Gibson. Carol was a proud 40 year employee of OLV Hospital Infant Home. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Thursday from 3-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Basilica, 780 Ridge Rd. Lackawanna on Friday morning at 10:30 oclock. Please assemble at Church. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery.
