JUREK - Carol A. (nee Kornak) Of Hamburg, entered into rest April 4, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Casimer Jurek Jr.; devoted mother of Trissa (Stephen) DeRaddo, Karon (late John) Sroka, Michael Jurek, Linda (Jim) Vedora, David Jurek and Marybeth Bingenheimer; cherished grandmother of 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Michael Kornak and the late Virginia (Roy) Abbey. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo FUneral home (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Sunday from 2-5 PM. A Funeral Service will immediately follow.
