Kolodziej, Carol A. (nee McGavis) of South Buffalo, entered into rest July 12, 2026. Beloved former spouse of Donald Kolodziej; devoted mother of Lyn (Mark) Babbitt and Michael Kolodziej; loving daughter of the late Paul and Pauline (nee Armilotti) McGavis and former daughter-in-law of the late Eugene and Frances (nee Fargino) Kolodziej; dear sister of Mike “Mac” McGavis; cherished best friend of Karen Celotto; also survived by family and friends. 

No prior visitations. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Charity Parish (Holy Family Site), 1901 South Park Ave., Buffalo on Friday (July 24th) at 11 o’clock. Please assemble at Church. Inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
