Patcyk; devoted mother of Carleen (Thomas), Eric (Cherie), Jeff (Laurie), Stacey and Mark; cherished grandmother of six grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home 885 Niagara Falls Blvd (near Eggert/Sheridan) on Saturday morning from 9:30 - 12:30 where the funeral Service will immediately follow.
