BIRNER - Carolyn F. (nee Freier) Of Amherst, entered into rest on April 4, 2019. Devoted mother of Eric (Laurie) Birner, Aimee (Todd) VanBrocklyn, Jeffrey Birner and Kristen Birner; cherished grandmother of Amanda, Eric, Alexandra, Andrew and the late Alissa; adored great-grandmother of Julius and Jace; loving daughter of the late Raymond and Evelyn Freier; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the lombardo funeral home (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blv., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Sunday from 1-5 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Amelia's Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda on Monday morning at 9 o'clock. Please assemble at church.
