CAROLYN M. FABIANO, Guidance Counselor Carolyn M Fabiano went to be with the Lord, June 20, 2023 after a lengthy illness. Born April 27, 1948, in Niagara Falls, NY, she was a graduate of Nardin Academy and Canisius College. Known for her devotion, she was a Guidance Counselor at Nardin Academy and Grand Island Schools for many years. She was a tireless volunteer at Canisius College and a regular worshiper at St. Benedict's. She enjoyed cooking Italian dishes and was known for delicious sauce, meatballs and soups. She is predeceased by her parents, Dominic and Emily (Golimowski), to whom she was especially devoted, and brother Francis She is survived by brother Donald, Nieces Rachel, Sarah and Ruth, great-nephews Noah and Owen, many caring cousins and god-children, as well as good friends Bob Wunsch and Sharon Ricchiazzi. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder) 4614 Main Street, Snyder, near Harlem Rd. on Sunday, June 25th from 3:00-6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday morning, June 26th in St. Benedict RC Church, 1317 Eggert Rd., Amherst at 9 oclock. Please assemble at church. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls.
