Devoted mother of James (Patricia) Jurek, Gina DiNatale, and the late Amanda Bolstad; cherished grandmother of Jamie (Travis), Paige, Lucas, Rylee, Cody, Joshua, Jordon, and Jaidyn; adored great-grandmother of 8; loving daughter of the late Francis and Mary Poloncarz; dear sister of Charles (Janice) Poloncarz, Mary Carsello, and the late Lana Viterna; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Sunday (February 16th) from 10-12 PM for a gathering in Cookie’s memory.
