Beloved husband of the late Deborah (nee Zitzka) Slimak; devoted father of Casey, Marie and Richard Slimak; cherished grandfather of Christian, Jordan, Alexander, Joseph, Alexis and Alyssa; loving son of the late Kazimierz and Genowefa Slimak; dear brother Stanley (Nancy) Slimak; dearest uncle of Christopher Slimak, and many other nieces and nephews.
