GLOVER - Cecilia B. E. (nee Price) Of Buffalo, entered into rest April 14, 2021. Devoted mother of Petrina Price, Angela Dawn Carbajal, Russell (Oshena) Hayes, Darcel (Jorge) Martinez, Matthew (Andrea) Gissentanna, Christina Kimble and Noah Daniel; adored grandmother of 18 grandchildren and cherished great-grandmother of four greatgrandchildren; loving daughter Theodore and the late Patrinia Price Sr.; dear sister of Regina M. Price, Theodore P. (Jacqueline) Price, Stephen J. Price, Catherine Y . (Frederick) Robinson and the late baby sister who was born an angel in heaven. Cecilia is also survived by many other dear relatives and friends. Private family services were held at the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel). Interment at WNY National Cemetery at a later date. Major Cecilia CC was born in Buffalo, NY on November 13, 1957. She earned her undergraduate degree from Canisius college, and went on to earn two graduate degrees: a Masters of Science in Nursing Administration and a Masters of Arts in Addiction Counseling from New Mexico State University and Liberty University respectively. Growing up, CC was a natural caretaker who found her calling as a nurse. She served in the United States Army as a Registered Nurse (MSN, MA, RN) from 1975 to 2006. During her career, she even had the privilege of serving on a few assignments with her daughter, Angela Dawn. CC remained in the field of nursing for 45 years until she retired officially in early 2020. For the last 15 years CC resided in Georgia. She returned to Buffalo in 2020 to care for her late niece, Janine, as well as to be closer to family. Her memory and accomplishments will not soon be forgotten.
