SNYDER - Celia M. (nee Balester) Of Blasdell, entered into rest August 14, 2023. Beloved wife of Francis D. "Don" Snyder; devoted mother of Karen (Brian) Lavis, Cheryl (Anthony) Iavenditti, Tricia (David) Bagley, and the late Donald Snyder; cherished grandmother of Don (Meghan Sherer), Brian (Ann Nguyen), Patrick, Allison (Patrick Byrne) Lavis, Kristen (James) Koteras, Lauren (Lynn Amplement) Iavenditti, Meghan (Jessie Allison) Lavis, Kaitlyn and Dawson Bagley; adored great-grandmother of Mia and Julia Koteras; loving daughter of the late Frank and Mary Balester; dear sister of Anita (late Mickey) Egloff, Mary Ann Balester, and the late Frank and late Anthony (Judy) Balester; fond sister-in-law of the late Catherine "Sis" Balester; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Thursday from 3-7 PM, where a Funeral Service will take place on Friday morning at 11 oclock. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Celia will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. In lieu of flowers, donations in Celias honor may be made to the Alzheimers Association, Western New York Chapter.
