Charles touch the hearts of all who knew him, and leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories. Charles may be gone from our site, but his spirit will live on in the hearts and memories of all those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
