DENZ - Charles E. Of Buffalo, entered into rest February 19, 2019. Beloved husband of Yayoi (nee Nishijima); devoted father of Katharine Denz, Linda (Michael) DeJoy, Mary Ann (Brian) Skowron, late Barbara (late John) Volk, and Christine Daniels; cherished grandfather of Brianna, Nathan, Nicholas, Sarah, Elizabeth, Rachel, and Seth; loving son of the late Charles and Irene (nee Kuzma) Denz; dear brother of Patricia (Irving) Gardner, Jerome (Marlene) Denz, James Denz, Judith (Michael) Tweedy, Michael (Joanne) Denz, and the late Frederick Denz; also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel), 4614 Main St., near Harlem, on Monday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Benedict's Church, Main and Eggert Rd., on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM (please assemble at church). Charles was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War and retired from Conrail railroad after 38 years.
