FANNING - Charles M., Sr. Of Lackawanna, entered into rest January 15, 2021. Beloved husband of Sue A. (nee Riley) Fanning and the late Carol (nee Blyth) Fanning; devoted father of Janet (Scott) Brinkman, Charles (Bonnie) Fanning Jr.; stepfather of Tami (Rob) Dunkle; cherished grandfather of six grandchildren and three great- grandchildren; loving son of the late Lawrence and Ellen Fanning; preceased by ten brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Tuesday from 4-7 PM, where a Funeral Service will immediately follow. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charles memory to Hospice of Buffalo. Charles was an avid hunter and fisherman throughout his life.
