Beloved husband of Antonia (nee Ortiz) Foley; devoted father of Christopher Foley, Joseph Foley and Courtney (Joseph) Pelligrino; cherished grandfather of Miley, Kendall and Brooklynn Pelligrino; loving son of the late Charles, Sr. and Marie Foley; dear brother of Patricia (John) Welch. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Monday (May 15) from 3-7PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7PM.
