Loving son of the late Arthur and Marie Foster; beloved husband of Betty; devoted father of Michael (Linda), Richard (Kim), Charles (Amy), Deborah (Jack), and Donna (Paul); cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; predeceased by his wife Pam Foster, daughter Pamela, and grandson Mason.
