FOUTZ - Charles W. Of Orchard Park, entered into rest December 19, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Willis) Foutz; devoted father of Charlene (Barry Tanner) Almasi, Ramona (Charles) Bellavia, and the late Michael Charles Foutz; cherished grandfather of Amber (Derik) Denison, Cassandra Almasi, and Daniel Almasi; loving son of the late John and Edna Foutz; dear brother of John (Carolyn) Foutz and the late Donna (Kenneth) Rhora; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Friday from 3-7 PM. Funeral Service will immediately follow. Mr. Foutz is a Veteran of the US Army.
