Of Orchard Park, entered into rest October 5th, 2018. Beloved husband of Penelope A. (nee Stauch) Schummer; devoted father of Jean (Mark) Yetto, David (Lizeth) Schummer, Susan (Michael) Lynch and the late Michael Schummer; cherished grandfather of 11 granchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Francis and Florence Schummer; dear brother of Carol (James) Powel; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit Lombardo Funeral Home, 3060 Abbott Road, near Lake Ave, on Sunday from 1-4 pm. Funeral service will immediately follow. Mr. Schummer was a veteran of the US Army.
