Loved husband of Gloria (nee Karnavas) Sherry; devoted father of Charles Sherry Jr., Michael (Betsy) Sherry, Darren (Linda) Sherry, Timothy (Marygrace) Sherry and Renee (Nick) Mirza; cherished grandfather of 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Charles and Dorothy Sherry; dear brother of William (Georgia) Sherry; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral home (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbot Rd., near Lake Ave., on Friday from 4-8 PM, where prayers will be held on Saturday morning at 9 o'clock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
