WASHINGTON - Charmaine (nee Huff) Of Lackawanna, entered into rest July 31, 2018. Relatives and friends may visit the Second Baptist Church, 18 Church St., Lackawanna, on Monday morning from 11 AM - 12 Noon. Funeral Service immediately follows. Interment Lakeside Cemetery.
