Harter; devoted mother of Terra Harter and the late HR Harter; loving daughter of Kay (late Carl) Boothby- Zagorski and the late Ronald Boothby; dear sister in law of Lori (Bill) Ferguson and the late Gary Harter. ; loving aunt of Nikki Ferguson (Tommy). Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Tuesday from 3-7 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday morning at 10 oclock. Interment St. Matthews Cemetery.
