Christian Schillke, born February 20th, 1945, Buffalo, New York. Jewelry Maker, Artist and Master Craftsman. Moved to California in 1968, most recently Santa Barbara, before returning home several years ago. Son of Alfred Julius and Esther Hoffman Schillke. Brother of Gretchen Carpenter (Frederick), Katrina Wobschall (Darold), Peter Schillke (Laurel) and Lisa Malmin (Olaf). Uncle, cousin, friend or mentor to many others. Died April 28, 2026, Amherst, NY in the care of his family. Private services to be held at a later date.
