A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 4263 St Francis Dr., Athol Springs on Monday morning at 10 oclock. Please assemble at Church. Entombment Lakeside Cemetery. Christine will be remembered for her love of cooking and baking. She brought her pastry touch to Balistreri's Bakery on the West Side in 1981 when she introduced cannoli. Christine longed for a little pastry shop where she could expand her pastries and share her passion for food. In 2001 her dream came true when Frank and Christine opened Balistreri's Pastries Plus in West Seneca. She was a true matriarch of her family and will be forever missed by all.
