MERCURIO- Clara M., 100, of Amherst, entered into rest on September 27, 2023. Loving daughter of the late Joseph and Carmela (nee Ortelano) Mercurio; dear sister of the late Lena Clemens, Anthony Mercurio, Roselind Mercurio and Phillip Mercurio; fond aunt of Russell Clemens, Joseph Mercurio, Charles Mercurio, Joan Lower and JoAnn Tripi; cherished great-aunt to many great-nieces and great-nephews. Clara was a Rosie the Riveter during World War II. No prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, October 2 at 9 o'clock at St. Benedict Church, 1317 Eggert Rd.
