BELCHER - Clarence L. Of Buffalo, entered into rest August 23, 2015. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (City Chapel), 102 Linwood Ave. at Summer, on Friday from 6-8 PM. A memorial service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 2447 Union Rd., Cheektowaga, on Saturday at 4 PM.
