Clement Wes 'Frenchie' DeLavalle Suddenly passed on February 12, 2024. Our father joins his beloved parents, Clement & Sally, and joins his wife Carol in heaven. Poochie, Whiskey, Big Bear, JJ, and little Bear will be jumping all over our dad for attention too. His legacy will be remembered as being a devoted and loving father of Todd and Kim Stanz (Michael); Grandfather of Todd Jr., Heather, Amber, Sarah, and Sean; great-grandfather of Arianna, Analiya, Alyssia, Andre, Curtis, and Athena; Loving brother to Sharon 'Randy' (Diane), Barbara 'Shannon' Stevens, Charles 'Butch' (Lucille), & Donna Kissinger (William). Godfather of Mark Stevens (Sherry); Uncle of Scott Stevens (Kristen), & Faith Stevens, David (Laura) & Christopher (Charlotte), Anthony Cassiol (Kalinda) & Cherie Chase (Brandon). Wes was a lifelong Western New Yorker who served in the national guard; retired from Chevrolet after 44 years. He cherished being with his family, siblings, and his best friends Darrin 'Frank' & Judith Vecchio; He enjoyed travel and Harley rides with his daughter Kim and son in law Michael, and cooking with his son Todd. He also really enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills with his grand daughter Sarah too. His not so secret side was his sweet tooth. Ha! Staying in touch was a very important part of his everyday life. You could always count on him to show up for a impromptu visit. He lived for mini road trips because they always ended up turning into quick visits to those he loved. Just like his parents did in the past. That will be missed and emulated by those who knew and loved our dad. He actually the took the time to stop and smell the roses. Fortunately, he did live a very full and active life right up until the end. So very blessed. Our father will be greatly missed. He was a genuine kind and giving person. A celebration of our father's life will be celebrated at his daughters house with family and friends this summer. To be announced. He wouldn't want it any other way. Smiles only for a life well lived! Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel.)
